Ellen DeGeneres to Marry Girlfriend

With California’s ruling, gay marriage will now be legal in California. Of course there are still groups fighting to over rule that again. With the announcement came the news that openly gay talk show host Ellen DeGeneres will marry her longtime girlfriend Portia de Rossi.
De-Generes and De-Rossi will finally be able to wed. Kind of neat both their names start with “De”…so will names change? Will they become De-De-something? Or will they go by De-G-De-R? Or will both women keep their own names?
Either way, it was a big ruling, and one that is still set to face a lot of battle.
