Have you noticed over the years how different television has gotten? Do you know when I noticed? It was when I had children and they started getting older. Do you remember the days of Lucy and Desi and their separate beds? These days celebrities are wearing lingerie or stripping down naked, and it’s not just prime time. Bear Grylis from Man Vs Wild is always stripping his clothes off or peeing on that show. Seriously, it’s something you’d never see before growing up.

There was a point where Fonzie couldn’t even wear his leather jacket. He wore a cloth jacket first. Today, we laugh at those standards, but how far are we going to go. What we watch today, will that be tame to future standards?

    I totally agree, I am 28 and still remember when swearing on TV was only ever after 9pm, but nowadays you hear - Arse, shit and piss on a regular basis during the day on tv and radio is on of the worst ones for that! there thats my rant over for the day!!!
