Idol Boots 4 Off
Last night’s American Idol saw 4 people leaving. It’s not like there’s a lot of emotional attachment yet for the viewers, since we don’t know them yet. As for the girls, there were tears all over the place, watching their co-singers leaving. I called 3 of the 4 to leave while watching with my husband. The one I called wrong was the last guy. I thought the “Moon River” guy would be leaving, but he was safe.
The first singer, Amy Davis, man, when she sang her song again, “Where the Boys Are”, it was incredibly obvious why she needed to be voted off. That poor girl barely hit a note.
Regardless, we’ll be watching. As the season gets along a bit more, I’ll be adding commentary. I’m having a bit of a time getting into this season so far. It’s usually when you hook onto favorites that you get more involved.
I like David and Jason of the boys, and the girls Syesha and Alexandrea stand out for me right now. There are two other girls I’ll be cheering on, but we’ll see how they do overall.
