Spears’ former husband, Kevin Federline, is to retain custody of their two sons “until further order of the court,” according to a ruling by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon. It was not clear what led to Monday’s decision awarding Federline full custody. A transcript of the court proceedings was ordered sealed.

Britney Spears was undergoing supposed random drug testing. It’s not known if that has anything to do with the latest decision that’s come out of the courts. Britney has to hand custody of her children over to her ex.

Brit has been on a spiral downwards, going to rehab numerous times, along with the press being all over her as a parent. Nobody knows what happens otherwise, but KFed has been in court working on gaining full custody of his children. Today’s decision brings him one step closer. She must hand over the children Wednesday.
