Winning Shows:

“The Sopranos” won in the Drama category, and “30 Rock” took comedy series.
“The Daily Show With John Steward” took an award for a Variety series, while “The Amazing Race” won the Reality Show series.

Winning Actors:

James Spader in “Boston Legal” for drama, and Ricky Gervais from “Extras” for comedy.
Supporting actors: Terry O’Quinn of “Lost”, and Jeremy Piven of “Entourage” both won.

Winning Actresses:

Sally Field of “Brothers & Sisters” won for a drama series, and America Ferrera of “Ugly Betty” won for comedy.
Supporting actresses Katherine Heigl of “Grey’s Anatomy”, and Jaime Pressly of “My Name is Earl” won.

    fyi, it’s the daily show with Jon StewarT. Also, how about the upset in best actor in a drama category? I love James Spader, but i thought Gandolfini was definitley going to win especially since it was his show’s last season.
