Nicole Richie Gets a Slap on the Wrist and Probation

She nodded when asked if she understood terms of the plea agreement (including 90 hours
in jail and a fine of $2,048) worked out between her lawyers and prosecutors.
Driving on the wrong side of the road with a DUI, and a previous DUI (2003)….Nicole Richie, rumored to be pregnant worked out a plea bargain. She’s on 3 years probation, and a stern warning. Do it again, and you’ll see jail time like your buddy did. Her choice of accommodations are the county or city jail. Her 90 hours need to be served by the end of September. Rehab was in the plans as well, and needs to be completed by the end of February. She has a return date set for court at the completion.
