Cartoon Legend Barbera Dies
What do Scooby-Doo, The Flintstones and The Jetsons have in common? They share co-creators Hanna-Barbera. These icons of our time have left a plethora of shows that we watched over and over, and now our children are watching as well.
Sadly, Mr. Barbera has died in his 90’s. His name along with co-creator Mr. Hanna will be remembered as a cartoon genius and legend for many years to come.
By one popular estimate, Hanna-Barbera produced more than 3,000 half-hours of animated entertainment
In an article by E! News Online, it’s noted that over 1500+ hours of animation was created by this pair.
